New multi-agent orchestration, skills and memory are here to deliver the future of complex knowledge work.
Most high expertise work in industry goes beyond questions and answers. It’s a chain of work steps: find the right information, validate it, compare options, pull in data, synthesize conclusions, and share something actionable. That’s exactly where many current AI assistants still hit a wall: once the task takes a longer time, spans multiple tools and multiple data sources, people end up stitching everything together manually and it still takes a lot of time.

Our May 2026 release is built around closing that gap. Based on the latest frontier AI models, we are introducing a new type of AI agents in the Zeta Alpha platform that we call superagents. Within this new architecture you can coordinate AI work for complex long horizon tasks in industrial research, business analysis or engineering validation, through multi-agent delegation, building and evolving expert skills, tool use, platform awareness and memory. And thanks to the industry strength Zeta Alpha platform, all of this is solidly connected to the full depth of your own enterprise knowledge, customized to your own expertise, and safe within your own security perimeter.
Smarter Knowledge Work Needs More Capable Agents
Working with the Zeta Alpha agents is now significantly more empowering and productive. The new default superagent simply remembers your preferences, helps you get started, organizes your knowledge, collaborates with specialist agents, built in or created by you and your team, and comes with a growing set of tools for data analysis, image search, and more. Three core capabilities make the day-to-day experience noticeably different:
Multi-Agent Orchestration: a “team of experts” working together
Expert work usually spans multiple steps: research, extraction, analysis, communication, etc. Zeta Alpha’s superagents can delegate tasks to specialist agents and coordinate their outputs into one coherent deliverable. Divide and conquer means easier customization and steering of the task. It also provides transparency into tool usage and intermediate steps, which is important for trust, governance, and in regulated environments.
Memory: continuity across sessions
Storing and retrieving important facts allows the agent to remember preferences and context across conversations: your personal context and goals, how you work with your tasks, recurring topics, and past decisions. Importantly, memory is designed to be transparent and user-controlled: you can see what’s remembered and edit it.
Skills: reusable recipes and workflows
The system can now better understand complex workflows, without you having to repeat yourself every session. Superagents store patterns and insights as skills and let you define and evolve reusable playbooks for common tasks: how to run a weekly technology scan, turn scattered documents into a structured briefing, or produce an evidence-backed recommendation in a consistent format. You can share skills within teams to standardize quality and avoid duplicating setup work.

Tools to get the job done
On top of these new capabilities, superagents are designed to make use tools as part of the workflow: bring in spreadsheets or CSVs and generate charts, query SQL sources, work with web and image-based inputs for search and validation and even work with 3D CAD models. And if you want to extend functionality further, MCP apps provide a path to embed third-party tools and viewers, so Zeta Alpha can fit into the ecosystem you already rely on.
Faster adoption and continuous value
Teams get value fastest when the platform is easy to use and fits naturally into day-to-day workflows. That’s why this new architecture also acts as a built-in guide to Zeta Alpha: new users can start by describing what they work on, and the agent helps set up tags and collections, suggests useful starting points, and explains features in context as questions come up.
Superagents are a step toward what enterprise AI should feel like: a reliable way to move complex knowledge work forward securely, transparently, and with workflows that improve over time.
