AI Agents are goal-driven assistants that autonomously handle time-consuming tasks: automating workflows, enhancing decision-making with real-time insights, and driving efficiency across IT and business operations. AI Agents need a secure connection to your company’s internal and external knowledge sources and that’s exactly where Zeta Alpha comes in. The great thing with AI agents is that they can do work in the background while you are busy doing something else, which is why we have built controls so that you are able to schedule them and they send you a notification when they are done.
Our new release allows your teams to not only create and schedule, but also to share powerful enterprise-ready AI Agents that connect securely to your internal knowledge, public research, and the web. Zeta Alpha empowers your teams to achieve more together, and faster.
What has changed?
🧠 Create. Build your own AI agents directly by designing their prompts and context using your own data sources, like documents, tags or specific web data. You can also program more complex AI agents using the Zeta Alpha Agents SDK that allows you to use external tools and MCP servers. Directly use your own agents in your chats.
🤝 Share. Zeta Alpha is the AI agent platform for teams. Users can share agents with others on their team for collaborative use, allowing everyone to benefit from shared knowledge and workflows.
⏰ Schedule. Automate your agents with one-time or recurring schedules, fully customizable to your needs. When your agent has done the work, you get a notification email, including its results.
📋 Manage. Centralized access to manage all your agents, schedules, and results in one place on the new Agents page, accessible from the main Zeta Alpha menu.
If you are working in the Zeta Alpha SaaS environment, these new features will automatically be activated in your account.
